A district of printing houses and metal shops that young designers, bartenders, and gallerists quietly moved into — and the part that makes it work is the old tradesmen never left. You order at a counter that was a toolshop this morning; the bar has no sign. Nobody got pushed out, which in Seoul is almost the whole story.
