Hangyeong
Jay · lives in Korea · How I choose places
the far west, and worth the long drive
Spread out and quiet, so honestly it's a day in the car, and the stops are why you'd spend it: the Jeoji art village, Hotel Ando's lobby, a bookshop that's a trip in itself, and oolong steeped over charcoal at the edge of the fields.
No photos, no star ratings — just what I'd tell a friend. These are the places on my own map, 24 of them here: 13 I've been to, 11 I haven't made it to yet.
