Seochon's the one I love most. Start on the old wall path beside Gyeongbokgung and spiral out from there, snail-shell wide — the lanes are calm and the hit rate is high, so anything you wander into that isn't on this list will probably be good too. Come in the afternoon, Wednesday to Saturday: Monday and Tuesday shut too many of the shops.
